First success of vegetation by China's spacecraft landed on MOON

- Developing a viable artificial atmosphere to develop vegetation in a small tube, to be successful.

- In the spacecraft Chang E-4, cotton and potato seeds and yeast and eggs of fruit flies has been taken.

Beijing, Jan. 15, 2019, Tuesday

China's National Space Administration said vegetation in beans took place on MOON whIch is taken by China's spacecraft Chang E-4. This is the first biological phenomenon on the Moon and it is important for Moon's mission.

Chang E-4 is the first spacecraft to land on the Moon and it has landed in the dark on the other side of the moon. On January 3rd, these plant seeds taken by this spacecraft. Vegetion took place in INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION before but this is the first time that vegetation took place on land of MOON.

On the possibility of vegetation being developed, longer missions can be done on the Moon. Astronauts can grow their food in space and they will not have to come to Earth to feed.

Investigations in China's spacecraft, potatoes, yeast and fruit fly eggs were taken away. This seed was kept in a small box for an artificial atmosphere. There are tools to test photocinestisation and power productivity.

China's 28 University scientists were successful in raising the seeds by delivering air, water, fertilizer, etc. in the cylinders of 18 cm in height of 3 cm high. In addition, the tuber has a favorable temperature for plants.

During this experiment the atmosphere of the Moon was affected due to the moisture content in the tube. Cotton clusters have become plants now, he said.

The Chinese government's newsnote has released photographs of the shoots grown in the spacecraft.
